At Coco & Dandas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return, refund and exchange policy within 30 days of purchase. To benefit from this policy, please follow the instructions below:
Return, Refund and Exchange Policy :
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in new, unwashed, unworn condition, with all original tags still attached.
Returned items must be accompanied by the sales receipt or order confirmation.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges :
Contact our customer service department by telephone at (514) 224-1273 or by e-mail at info@cocodandas.com to initiate the return or exchange process. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange.
Once we have received your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the items.
When we receive the returned items and they are inspected to ensure that they meet our return conditions, we will process your request according to the following options:
Refunds: If you wish a refund, we will credit the full amount of the purchase to your original payment method. Refunds will be made within 30 working days of receipt and inspection of returned items.
Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, we will send you the new item as soon as we have received and inspected the returned items in accordance with our conditions.
Return shipping :
Shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense, except in the event of an error on our part in the order or if the items are defective.
